Our set of four kitchen knives consist of the following made to order.
- 8 Inch Chef Knife
- 6 inch veg cleaver
- 6 Inch Utility knife
- 4 Inch paring knife
Taking inspiration from mother nature and mixing it with modern art our knives are handcrafted to suit your kitchen needs. Whether you are cutting vegetables or slicing meat, our knives are very versatile.
Our blades are full tang and are made from 2.2mm high carbon 26C3 tool steel and are finished with a forced patina. This gives it a professional long-lasting cutting edge, making our knives great for multipurpose kitchen tasks, like mincing, chopping vegetables, slicing meat, and disjointing large cuts. It’s ideal for any chef or food enthusiast amongst us.
The handles are hybrid handles and are made using Burrs and Burls from European sourced stabilised poplar wood and cast in coloured resin to give it a natural, modern look and feel. It’s then finished with mosaic pins.
This set is made to order so the wooden handle and pattern on the knife blade will vary, however you will receive photos of your finished knife prior to posting and payment. Production time is around 10 – 14 days.
